Wiring should also be convenient, leaving space for the bending radius of the wires, ensuring that the electrical clearance and creepage distance after correct wiring comply with relevant standards, and the inner wall of the wiring chamber is normal. The inner wall of the metal casing may generate sparks and should be coated with anti arc paint. 3. Connectors and terminals:

(1) The connectors, insulation sleeves, and junction boxes should have sufficient mechanical strength to prevent damage during wiring installation. Due to the vibration, heat, thermal expansion, and contraction of conductors and insulators, the wiring should be firm, reliable, loose, and not loose.

(2) The design of the power connector should ensure that when the twisted wire is connected, if the cable head is unplugged from the wire, it will not come into contact with the surrounding metal components.

(3) The terminal should take measures to prevent loosening and prevent wire breakage at the root of the terminal. It is not allowed to directly press the connecting wire with the screw head, as it can easily damage the terminal.
