explosion proof outdoor floodlight

Time:2019-05-11 Views:0

In the actual application of LED explosion-proof lamps, there are certain requirements for the laying of the line, during which:

1. Barrier seal: When laying the channel of the electrical circuit and maintaining the partition wall or floor of the pipe, cable or steel pipe between the areas with different blasting risk environment levels, the non-combustible data should be tightly blocked.

2. Selection of laying methods: The electrical circuit in the blasting risk environment has the first explosion-proof steel pipe wiring and cable wiring.

3. Orientation selection: Electrical lines should be laid in an orientation where the risk of blasting is small or the source of separation is far away.

4. Accept the current carrying capacity: the selection of the insulated conductor section and the cable section of Zone 1 and Zone 2, the conductor\'s allowable current carrying capacity should not be less than 1.25 times of the rated current of the fuse and the setting current of the long-delay overcurrent tripper of the circuit breaker. The allowable current carrying current to the branch of the low-voltage cage induction motor should not be less than 1.25 times the rated current of the motor.

5. Selection of wire materials: Within the scope of Zone 1 of blasting risk environmental risk level, copper conductor wires or cables should be used for distribution lines. In the case of severe oscillation, a multi-strand copper core cable or a multi-strand copper core cable should be used. Aluminum core power cables shall not be used in coal mines. Within the scope of the blasting risk environmental risk level 2, the power line should use aluminum core wire or cable with a cross-sectional area of 4mm2 and above, and the lighting line can be used with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm2. And above aluminum wire or cable.

6. Connection of electrical lines: The central joints of the electrical lines in Zones 1 and 2 must be in the vicinity of the explosion-proof junction box or splice box that is compatible with the risk environment. The explosion-proof junction box should be used in Zone 1, and the increased safety junction box can be used in Zone 2. If the aluminum line cable or wire is used in the electrical circuit of Zone 2, it must be reliable to facilitate the correct installation and repair of the personnel.

Tunnel _40W explosion-proof lamp LED explosion-proof ramp lamp is suitable for energy-saving renovation projects and places where maintenance and replacement is difficult; the drive power supply adopts the rubber sealing process to ensure that the components are not corroded, and the explosion-proof high pole lamp is suitable for hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
