The electrical components of explosion-proof lamps should comply with relevant national standards, be able to withstand the working temperature of the lamp chamber for a long time, balance supply and demand with the main electrical parameters of the lamp source, and be able to meet the requirements of various special explosion-proof forms of explosion-proof lamps. The outline of the reasonable layout limit of the wiring chamber must meet the special explosion-proof requirements, and should also be conducive to wiring, leaving room for indoor space suitable for the bumpy half of the transmission line, ensuring that the electrical equipment gap and creepage distance meet the relevant standard requirements after proper wiring. The inner cavity of the wiring chamber and all plastic shells that can generate flames in normal work must be coated with arc resistant paint.


The key components of the electrical equipment construction in the explosion-proof lamp chamber include:


① The connectors, insulation pipes, and terminal blocks should have considered impact toughness to prevent damage during equipment wiring. The wiring should be firm, secure, and not loose due to vibration, overheating, thermal expansion or contraction of electrical conductors and insulation layers.


② The connector of the switching power supply should outline the stable multi-core twisted wire transmission line. If the wire junction slips from the terminal strip after wiring, it is not easy to touch the surrounding metal material components.


③ The terminal should listen to opinions and methods to prevent loosening and prevent the transmission line at the root of the terminal from being twisted off. It is not allowed to immediately clamp and connect the transmission line with a screw head, as it can easily damage the line joint.


④ The insulation pipe should be made of materials with less water absorption. For explosion-proof lamps with a working voltage higher than 127V, phenolic plastic handicrafts cannot be used.
